The Coca-Cola Company was looking for a new branding strategy and identity for its people team. They felt their message and purpose were getting lost within such an expansive organization.

Starting with focus groups and research, we partnered to recenter their vision with a cohesive voice to energize their workforce. People Community recognizes that the force driving The Coca-Cola Company is people. They are the power behind everything that happens at TCCC.

People Community remains true to the overarching TCCC brand. We leveraged combinations of their bright colors for distinction. Tactile and handwritten accents help to emphasize TCCC’s goal of engaging their people to grow in their own way.
